Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is the Finding Agreement Workshop?
It is a group education session where participants learn and practise communication skills — specifically how to take turns fairly, phrase things clearly, and listen without interrupting. It is educational in nature; individual disputes or personal situations are not addressed in the group.
Do I need to bring other family members with me?
That depends on the programme. The Finding Agreement Workshop and Shared Decisions Programme work best when more than one household member attends together, but it is not a strict requirement. The Resource Library is an individual membership. Contact us to discuss what works for your situation.
How long does each programme take?
The Finding Agreement Workshop runs over one full day or two half-day sessions. The Shared Decisions Programme consists of four to six structured sessions spread over several weeks. The Resource Library is ongoing membership — you access it whenever it suits you.
Is this a form of counselling or legal service?
No. Concorda provides communication education and organisational tools only. We do not offer counselling, represent anyone in any capacity, or replace qualified professionals. Where specialist input is appropriate, we will say so clearly and suggest where to look.
Are the programmes available in Thai?
Programmes are currently delivered in English. Some supporting written materials in the Resource Library are available in both English and Thai. Please ask when you enquire and we will let you know what is available at the time of your preferred session.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
A member of our team will get back to you within one working day to answer any questions and, if you wish, arrange a brief introductory call at a time that suits you. There is no obligation at any point.
