Service Description

Concorda provides educational programmes focused on communication skills and household planning. Our current offering includes:

  • Finding Agreement Workshop — a group-based educational workshop on respectful communication and shared understanding within families.
  • Information & Resource Library — a membership resource providing plain-language guides and references on family-life topics.
  • Shared Decisions Programme — a series of sessions helping adults in a household develop joint planning habits through structured conversation.

All programmes are educational in nature. They do not constitute advice, representation, or any form of regulated professional service. Concorda operates from Pattaya, Thailand, and programmes are available to residents and visitors in the region.

04

Enrolment & Accounts

To access certain programmes, you may be required to provide basic registration details. In doing so, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrolment.
  • Keep any access credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your registration.

We reserve the right to withdraw access to any account that violates these terms or is used in a way that disrupts other participants.

05

User Responsibilities

When using any Concorda service, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and constructive manner. Specifically, you must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Share, reproduce, or redistribute programme materials without written permission.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use programme content for your own private educational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, republish, or distribute content to third parties.

  • Remove any copyright or attribution notices.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide to Concorda may be used freely to improve our programmes, without obligation to you.

  • Finding Agreement Workshop — ฿3,900
  • Information & Resource Library — ฿6,800
  • Shared Decisions Programme — ฿10,500

Payments are due in full prior to programme access, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as described during the enrolment process.

Refund policy: If you request a withdrawal at least five business days before a scheduled workshop or session start date, a full refund will be considered. Requests received after this window may be offered a credit towards a future programme instead. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your circumstances.

08

Programme-Specific Terms

Finding Agreement Workshop: Sessions are held in a group format. Attendance is required for the full session to gain the benefit of the structured curriculum. Participants are asked to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal contributions of others in the group.

Information & Resource Library: Membership provides access to the online reference library for the duration agreed at enrolment. Access is personal and may not be shared with others.

Shared Decisions Programme: This programme comprises a series of sessions. Missing a session does not entitle you to a partial refund, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide a summary of missed content. Concorda recommends professional specialists where the household's needs fall outside the scope of educational planning support.

09

Disclaimers

Concorda's programmes are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no representations that participation will lead to any particular household or personal outcome.

  • Our content does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of specialist advice.
  • Where household matters require the input of qualified professionals, we encourage you to seek them out independently.
  • Programme content is provided in good faith and kept up to date where practical, but we do not represent that it is exhaustive or formally validated.
  • Access to the website and programmes is provided without any assurance of uninterrupted availability.
10

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable Thai law, Concorda's total liability to you in connection with any programme or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific programme.

We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of earnings, relationship outcomes, or third-party decisions. This does not affect any statutory rights you hold as a consumer under Thai law.

Events beyond our reasonable control — including natural events, public health situations, or infrastructure failures — may affect programme delivery. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or, where rescheduling is not possible, a credit or refund.

11

Indemnification

You agree to hold Concorda, its staff, and its contributors harmless from any claim, cost, or expense arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from your conduct during group sessions that causes harm to other participants.

12

Termination

Either party may end the service relationship with reasonable notice. Concorda may suspend or withdraw your access if you breach these terms, disrupt other participants, or engage in conduct that conflicts with the values of the programme.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution continue to apply after termination.

13

Dispute Resolution

We hope that any concern can be resolved through open communication. If you have a question or complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will respond within five business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.

14

General Provisions

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Concorda regarding the use of our services.

  • Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms to another person. Concorda may transfer its obligations to a successor organisation with notice to you.
  • Notices: Formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.
15

Changes to These Terms

We review these terms from time to time and may update them to reflect changes to our programmes or applicable law. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change.

Where changes are significant, we will communicate them through our website or by email to enrolled participants. Continuing to use our services after any update indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
