About Concorda
Built on the Belief That Families Can Talk Better
We started Concorda because good communication is a skill, not a gift — and like any skill, it can be learned, practised, and improved in a calm and supportive setting.

How Concorda Came to Be
Concorda was founded in Pattaya, Chonburi, by a small group of educators and communication specialists who noticed a consistent gap: families who clearly wanted to work things out together but lacked a neutral, structured space to practise doing so.
The name Concorda draws from the Latin root for harmony and accord — the idea that common ground already exists within most households; it simply needs a little space and the right tools to surface.
From the beginning, we were clear about what we are and what we are not. We are an education provider. We offer workshops, reference materials, and structured conversation sessions. We do not offer counselling, represent any party, or replace the qualified specialists — legal professionals, family therapists, financial advisers — who are sometimes needed. Where those specialists are appropriate, we say so plainly.
Our programmes are used by adults in households who want to plan together more clearly, talk through responsibilities more fairly, or simply find a shared starting point. We welcome people at all stages — couples building a household together, families managing a period of change, or adults who just want to communicate a little more calmly day to day.
Based in Chonburi and accessible from the wider Eastern Seaboard area, we have built a small, consistent community of participants who return to our workshops and refer others not because of grand claims but because the tools we offer are straightforward, practical, and respectful.
That is the Concorda approach: even-handed, informational, and always at your pace.

How We Work
Our Standards & Principles
Even-Handed Facilitation
Every session is structured so no single participant's perspective dominates. Facilitators are trained to hold space equally and redirect when balance shifts.
Participant Confidentiality
All participants sign a mutual respect agreement before joining a group session. Facilitators do not share what is discussed with outside parties.
Education-Only Scope
Concorda programmes teach communication skills and share information. We do not advise, represent, or diagnose. Our scope is clearly stated at enrolment and revisited in each session.
Plain-Language Materials
All written resources — guides, session notes, planning templates — are written in plain language and reviewed for clarity before publication in the Resource Library.
Data Protection
Personal data collected during enrolment is used only to administer your programme. We do not share or sell contact information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Specialist Referral Readiness
When a participant's situation calls for professional support beyond our scope, we provide clear signposting to relevant official or qualified services — without pressure or personal recommendation.
Communication Skills Education for Families in Thailand
Concorda operates from Pattaya, in Chonburi Province, serving households across the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand. Our programmes draw on established adult learning principles and structured dialogue frameworks adapted for family settings. Participants leave workshops with concrete tools they can use at home — turn-taking structures, planning templates, and language patterns that tend to keep conversations constructive.
The Information & Resource Library complements the workshop offering with written materials on common family-life topics: household planning, communication norms, and where to find official public resources across Thailand. Articles are updated periodically and reviewed for accuracy and accessibility before publication.
The Shared Decisions Programme is Concorda's most structured offering. Over four to six facilitated sessions, household members build joint plans for routines and responsibilities using a format that keeps both voices equally involved. Sessions are held at our Pratamnak Road premises and supplemented with take-home planning worksheets.
All three programmes are designed for adults and operate within a clear educational scope. Concorda does not offer legal advice, psychological support, or financial guidance. Where these are appropriate, we encourage participants to seek qualified professionals and, where helpful, point toward relevant official bodies in Thailand.
