Our Methodology

How Concorda Structures Its Programmes

Each Concorda programme is built on three consistent principles: equal participation, clear scope, and practical outcomes. Every session, guide, and template reflects these principles — regardless of which programme you choose.

Equal Participation

Turn-taking structures ensure every participant speaks and is heard. Facilitators redirect when one voice begins to dominate.

Clear Scope

Each programme has defined boundaries. Participants know from the start what we cover and what falls outside our educational remit.

Practical Outcomes

Participants leave with usable tools — not just insight. Templates, frameworks, and reference materials that continue to be useful at home.

Programme 01

Finding Agreement Workshop

A workshop on reaching shared understanding in families through fair turn-taking and clear, respectful phrasing. Practical communication skills are practised in a supportive group. This is an educational session only; individual disputes or personal situations are not addressed within the group format.

  • Learn structured turn-taking formats
  • Practise respectful, clear phrasing
  • Small group — everyone is heard
  • Take-home communication reference card

How it works:

1

Introductory session overview — group agrees on mutual respect norms

2

Facilitated exercises in active listening and fair turn-taking

3

Phrasing practice — participants work through typical household scenarios

4

Closing reflection and distribution of reference materials
