Back to HomeOur Methodology
How Concorda Structures Its Programmes
Each Concorda programme is built on three consistent principles: equal participation, clear scope, and practical outcomes. Every session, guide, and template reflects these principles — regardless of which programme you choose.
Equal Participation
Turn-taking structures ensure every participant speaks and is heard. Facilitators redirect when one voice begins to dominate.
Clear Scope
Each programme has defined boundaries. Participants know from the start what we cover and what falls outside our educational remit.
Practical Outcomes
Participants leave with usable tools — not just insight. Templates, frameworks, and reference materials that continue to be useful at home.
Programme 01
Finding Agreement Workshop
A workshop on reaching shared understanding in families through fair turn-taking and clear, respectful phrasing. Practical communication skills are practised in a supportive group. This is an educational session only; individual disputes or personal situations are not addressed within the group format.
- Learn structured turn-taking formats
- Practise respectful, clear phrasing
- Small group — everyone is heard
- Take-home communication reference card
How it works:
Introductory session overview — group agrees on mutual respect norms
Facilitated exercises in active listening and fair turn-taking
Phrasing practice — participants work through typical household scenarios
Closing reflection and distribution of reference materials
Programme 02
Information & Resource Library

- Regularly updated articles on household topics
- Links to official Thai public services and resources
- Selected materials available in Thai and English
- Access at any time, at your own pace
What membership includes:

Programme 03
Shared Decisions Programme
A series of facilitated sessions helping adults in a household make joint plans about routines and responsibilities through structured, respectful conversation. Built around communication skills and planning templates — not advice. Where specialist support is required, qualified professionals are recommended.
- Four to six structured facilitated sessions
- Planning worksheet completed in each session
- Session summaries provided after each meeting
- Signposting to qualified specialists where appropriate
Programme structure:
Intake conversation — understand household context and goals
Session 1–2: Mapping current routines and responsibilities
Session 3–4: Building shared plans using structured templates
Session 5–6 (if required): Review, adjust, finalise household plan

Across All Programmes
Consistent Standards, Every Time
Participant Confidentiality
What is shared in any Concorda session stays within that group. All participants agree to mutual respect norms before each workshop begins.
Reviewed Materials
All written resources are reviewed for clarity and accuracy before publication. They are updated when information changes — typically each quarter.
Trained Facilitators
Workshop facilitators are trained specifically in family-context communication education and follow Concorda's structured dialogue methodology in every session.
Data Protection
Personal information collected at enrolment is used only to administer your programme and is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Defined Educational Scope
Our programmes teach communication skills and share information. Where professional advice is the more appropriate resource, we say so clearly and signpost accordingly.
